Our leadership team

Michael Scoby
Founder
Michael founded American Digital Corporation (AD) in 1982, incorporated in 1984, to address the disparity that then existed between CPU capacity and storage in the medical field. This expanded to successfully supplying mid-range systems to many businesses nationally. In the 90s, the focus narrowed to supporting larger entities in their evolving infrastructure requirements and business-critical applications. AD’s focus on business-critical applications coupled with SAP’s growth as an ERP platform provided the foundation for Michael to hire resources and acquire companies to help support this area of strong growth for our company.
In 2016 AD formed a formal SAP practice that has had continuous growth and has completed more than 150 successful SAP migrations while achieving consistent customer satisfaction rating. The building of this practice has also led to exponential growth in AD’s Managed Services revenue and SAP Functional services. Michael’s investments over the past 40 years in critical technical and sales areas have led American Digital to be one of the top SAP partners in the US today.

Norbert R. Wojcik, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Since 2000, Norbert “Norb” Wojcik Jr. has led the American Digital team. Under his leadership, the company has experienced a tenfold increase in growth. Norb has transformed American Digital from a general IT hardware company to a leading IT Solutions and Managed Services Provider known for building long-term relationships with clients and partners. His strong understanding of data center solutions from leading technology partners, including HPE, has positioned Norb as an expert in the IT space. American Digital celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2024, a monumental achievement in our industry and a direct result of Norb’s leadership style and client-first approach. In May 2025, Norb was named Chief Executive Officer of American Digital Corporation. In this role, he oversees the organization’s vision, strategy, and direction.
Before joining American Digital, Norb worked for 17 years at Avnet Inc., where he focused on selling Hewlett-Packard solutions to channel partners throughout the Midwest and Eastern regions. During his tenure with Avnet, Norb was tremendously successful in various positions and was promoted multiple times from Account Executive to District Sales Manager to Regional Sales Manager. Finally, before he departed from Avnet, he was Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region. Norb graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Business.

Bob Panos
President
As President of American Digital, Bob ensures the company’s strategic vision, which encompasses a focus on long-term growth and innovation, is executed precisely and successfully. In his prior role as American Digital’s VP of Sales & Professional Services from 2011 to 2024, he was responsible for launching and growing our highly rated and extremely successful SAP and managed services practice. Bob’s innovative, client-centric model perfectly aligned with the company’s longstanding datacenter solutions business, originally established in 1984.
Under his leadership, both the services and sales divisions have thrived. Bob’s emphasis on emerging technologies, including AI, continues to position American Digital as a top-tier IT Solutions and Managed Services Provider. Bob collaborates closely with innovation leaders, including HPE, Aruba Networks, Zerto, SAP, and Microsoft. He also serves on the Ingram Micro Partner Council and HPE’s Executive Partner Advisory Council (EPAC), bringing over 25 years of industry expertise to the table.
Before the acquisition by American Digital, Bob was a partner and managing director of VCOMP – one of the fastest-growing and most respected infrastructure providers within the HPE community. Under Bob’s strong leadership, VCOMP established a focused higher education practice and assembled a highly experienced & technical professional services team. Bob is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Christine Herrmann, PMP®
VP of Operations & Finance
As VP of Finance and Operations for the past 20 years, Christine oversees all corporate finance, accounting, operations, and Human Resource departments, ensuring all policies and procedures are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Over the past few years, Christine has implemented critical applications in alignment with American Digital’s growing Managed Services division. Christine is integral to the process of maintaining our SOC2 accreditation. SOC2 is a voluntary compliance standard for service organizations, developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), which specifies how organizations should manage customer data. This accreditation is critical to American Digital’s growing Managed Services practice.
As the head of our Finance and Operations teams, Christine strives to develop organizational procedures and policies that allow for flexibility, growth and profitability.
Before her current role, Christine spent five years at Avnet Inc., supporting their Chicago office executive staff and sales executives. Her office administration career began in the Healthcare industry at a long-term care facility where she was the Director of Operations and managed several departments.
Christine graduated with a B.S. degree from Western Illinois University. Christine is also a certified PMP, receiving her Project Management Professional certification in 2021.

Daniella Lundsberg-Steele
VP of Marketing
As VP of Marketing with American Digital, Daniella Lundsberg-Steele (Dani) leads the company’s marketing strategy, driving brand growth, market awareness, and demand generation across a competitive IT landscape. A key executive team member, Dani plays a critical role in shaping corporate strategy and aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives. She oversees all facets of marketing—including digital strategy, content development, PR, social media, ABM, demand generation, and event marketing—to position American Digital as a leader in IT solutions and managed services around SAP, Cybersecurity, and AI. During her tenure with American Digital, the marketing organization has delivered measurable impact by accelerating pipeline growth, enhancing customer engagement, and showcasing the company’s deep technical expertise through thought leadership and strategic campaigns.
Dani has a long history of developing partnerships with technology companies, and she continues this effort by collaborating with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba Networks, SAP, and Juniper. Prior to her role at American Digital, Dani spent 18 years at GBH, where she worked with partners such as Poly, Logitech, and Jabra. Her time at GBH allowed her to serve on several advisory boards, including those for AVNET, Polycom, Plantronics, Lifesize, and Jabra. She is also a member of HPE’s and Aruba’s Worldwide Marketing Partner Advisory Boards. Dani holds an MBA with a focus on Digital Marketing.
She is a mother of three children aged 18, 14, and 12. In her free time, Dani has devoted herself to volunteering, serving as a cheerleading coach, Girl Scout leader, PTA leader, and mentor to graphic design and marketing students and interns from the local community.

Paul Guten
Partner/VP of Sales - National Accounts
As the Partner/VP of Sales – National Accounts, Paul is focused on growing business with Fortune 1000 accounts with a presence in the United States and globally. His emphasis on developing long-term relationships and building strategic partnerships with his clients and vendors have made Paul instrumental in growing the footprint of American Digital.
Before American Digital, Paul held several sales leadership roles at organizations, including SoftChoice. Paul graduated with a B.A. from Drake University.

Yvette Holt- PMP®, ITIL-F®
Director of Professional Services
As Director of Professional Services at American Digital, Yvette Holt is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the PSO team. In addition to this, she supervises and oversees all implementation projects, staffing assignments, and service delivery. Yvette supports the sales team and solution architects to ensure the successful planning and execution of service engagements. Before her role with American Digital, Yvette spent seven years at Forsythe Solutions and eight years in a managerial capacity with Sysix Technologies. With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, her knowledge spans the full project cycle, from pre-sales through design, assessment, and implementation. Yvette launched her IT career in 1988 as an IBM Customer Engineer. She is a PMI-certified Project Manager and holds both ITIL and HP certifications.

David Shoffet
Director of Solution Architects
David Shoffet joined the American Digital team more than 25 years ago and is the very foundation of our Professional Services organization. As our Director of Solution Architects, David leads our growing team of solution architects. He is dedicated to guaranteeing every solution we deploy meets the needs of our clients while positioning themselves for future growth and advancements in technology. David’s more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Solutions Architect have been invaluable in preparing him for his current role. David’s knowledge and positive attitude have been instrumental in helping American Digital maintain our position as a leading IT Solutions Provider. He has served on numerous business councils and planning committees, most notably as an HPE-UX Ambassador. David is experienced with the following technology solutions: HPE, Microsoft, SAP, VMWare, Intel, Oracle, RedHat, Veeam, SUSE, Commvault, and EPIC.

Michael Johnson
Director of SAP Services
As Director of SAP Services, Michael “MJ” Johnson works side-by-side with customers to develop and execute their SAP strategy. MJ’s expertise is helping customers make the the most of their SAP investment. He combines SAP and industry best practices, considering a company’s strategic initiatives and business condition drivers to create a complete roadmap focused on sustainability, growth, and ROI. MJ applies a holistic approach to managing a SAP landscape by bridging traditional SAP application-managed services, such as basis, with infrastructure-managed services and cloud. All of this is accomplished with a personal touch, building collaborative relationships that clients have come to expect from American Digital.
MJ brings to this role vast expertise in SAP, which has been accumulated through 20 years of work in the field, which spans a range of industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical, life, and sports sciences. Previously, MJ was responsible for advising C-level executives on SAP strategy at CONTAX, Inc., where he held upwardly mobile roles, initially joining as an SAP technical and functional consultant, followed by work as project manager and soon ascending to managing the company’s Chicago CoE for professional services. Eventually, he became the executive vice president of business development. MJ has supported countless full SAP implementations, migrations, upgrades, integrations, and projects.
MJ holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
